The beginning of Helisea

---> Continuation homepage

.....The Tanzania Evengelist Lutheran church in Hedaru recognised her vision and immeditately joined her to meet her goals in 2005,  after almost 10 years hard working, in giving priority to girls.  Too many societies in Africa considered and still consider women as less important gender. Namsemba Ketto Mbwabo ignited a meaningfull revolution in changing the moral values in the Hedaru region by sharing her ideas and vision person by person. Men and women.

Her vision to the whole society was not well noted down (she was more practical than theoretical) she used to give inspiring advice to adults as well, abolished their negative way of thinking and recruit positive views towards the society.

Until she passed away due to a tragic car accident far away from home in 4/10/2007 after visiting one of her doughters. However this was a sorrowful moment and their was deep grief about her loss, the vibrant community was overwhelmed with constructive ideas to remember her vision, her love to the society and wanted to keep supporting those in need left behind.

This is the moment when (HELISEA-Hedaru Life Savers Association) was born. It is the moment that we think of when reading John 12:24.

Helisea is following the foot steps of her by helping everybody in need especially giving accommodations, education, healthcare and food, for the better future.  We want the peopele in this villega, in our neighbourhood, in the region and even the whole world to know that we are all responsible to each other and we all need to be loved.

24 Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds.

John 12:24, New International Version

"We are all responsible to each other and we all need to be loved."
